Providing Get Chatty Administrative Facebook Permission

1. Navigate to your Organisation's Facebook Page

You must hold administrative rights with the your Facebook Page to complete these actions


2. On the left menu bar, select "Settings".

3. Click on "Page Roles"

Click on "Page Roles"


4. Click "Assign a new Page role". Search for Get Chatty.

If you cannot find us, try adding our profile as a friend & return to this step once accepted by us.

5. Allocate "Admin" level access

Reminder - Get Chatty requires admin level access to deploy & provide updates to the chatbot/s your organisation has selected. We will remain a silent administrator.

6. Click "Add"

Click "Add"


7. Enter your personal account password to authorise the changes to your page.

8. Your request to Get Chatty to act as an Administrator for your Page will show as "Pending".

Get Chatty will accept the request & commence  provisioning your service.

You will be advised once your service is active & ready for use.
